Unless otherwise specified, all defined terms herein shall have the meanings set out in the DBS Treasures Welcome Offers terms and conditions.

Free Mobile Protection Insurance offer

1. During the Promotion Period, New Customer is eligible for a one-year Free Mobile Protection (“Policy”) underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited ("Chubb"). Chubb reserves the right of final approval. The Bank is an insurance agent authorised by Chubb.
2. New Customer must complete the eForm to register for the Policy in the Bank branch.
3. For detailed terms and conditions, policy wordings and exclusions of the Policy, please refer to the Insurance Certificate Terms and Conditions and Schedule of Benefits.
4. Subject to successful registration, the Policy will be effective on the registration day and the Policy documents will be sent by Chubb to the New Customer’s registered email address.
