The Programme

Skill Enhancement Education & Development Programme (SEED) is a programme of 24 months, designed to train a future-ready workforce able to take on any technological challenge. Trained and equipped with specialised technological skills, individuals will be leading tech-innovators for the workforce of the future. Come and learn how DBS Bank is creating a truly digital and agile environment whilst learning from close mentors whom are industry leaders in technology and finance.

  • DevOps and Site-Reliability Engineering
  • Information and CyberSecurity
  • Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Development (SEED) Programme.

Welcome to the programme

Start your career with DBS as part of the 2024 SEED cohort from July 2024.
Please note that the online coding challenge will have to be taken on a Laptop / Desktop using a Chrome or Safari browser.

SEED will commence in the first and third quarter of the following year.​

SEED will start recruitment in the third quarter of the year, for intake in the following year.

Our training structure is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure. The intensive curriculum which includes banking and financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules. After the initial training, ongoing training and development opportunities will also be provided.

We offer a competitive compensation package. You will learn more about the package during our recruitment process.

If you do not have a root degree in STEM, but have a minor/taken a few STEM modules, you are welcomed to apply.

All Graduate Associate Programmes are broad-based development programmes designed for high-potential individuals with a passion to build successful and fast-tracked careers in DBS. You will be placed on fast-track progression within the programme period. Opportunities for regional exposure will also be available for outstanding individuals who have performed well, to further enhance their career development.
