How to update your Personal Details

There are various channels to update your personal particulars. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

There are several ways to update your profile:
  • Retrieve info (e.g. name, birth date, nationality, foreigner's pass) from Singpass
  • Upload your new ID (e.g. passport or foreigner pass)
  • Manually input your latest info (e.g. marital status, employment info, CDP Account No)

Log in to digibank mobile and tap More on the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to Your Profile, tap on Update Particulars and select Personal Details.

Tap on UPDATE WITH SINGPASS and provide consent to retrieve your personal data from the relevant government agencies to update your personal details.

Input new values to change your Other Details and tap on NEXT.

Review your changes and tap on CONFIRM to update your personal details.

You have successfully submitted a request to update your personal details.
Get the latest digibank mobile app now!
You may update your occupation, job title, name of employer via digibank online.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under at the top and select Update Personal and Contact Details.

Update your Personal Particulars and click Next.

Verify the details and click Submit.

Your Update Personal and Contact details request has been Submitted.
Your personal details listed below can be updated seamlessly using your Card & PIN.
  • Name, DOB, Gender, Race, Nationality using Singpass. If you do not have Singpass, register online here. You can refer to the Singpass Instructional Guide.
  • Salutation, Marital Status, Occupation, Job Title, Name of Employer and Individual CDP a/c no.
  • For foreigner, you may update your employment pass expiry date.

Follow the below steps to update your details with us:

Log in using your ATM/Debit/Credit Card details and PIN. Complete your details and tap Login to get started.

Tap Update with Singpass to retrieve your latest information from Singpass.

Log in with your Singpass.

Agree to retrieve your personal data from Singpass.

Step 5
Tap Save details if your data is accurate.

Edit other personal data (if any) and tap Next.

Verify your information and tap Submit to update your profile.


How to Update Signature

If you have changed your signature or realized that your signature differs from your previous records, you may visit one of our Video Teller Machines to do an immediate update. Customers who have been previously using thumbprint verification can also update to Signature based verification using our VTM.

Find the nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) using our Locator.
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC/Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Select Update Particulars.
  • Select Edit under Update your Signature.
  • Select the applicable accounts.
  • Input your signature using the stylus available at the machine.
  • Select Get OTP via SMS* and key the OTP into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Press Confirm to complete the transaction.
*Note:
  • Customers who did not receive the OTP via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
  • An officer will be connected to verify the customer through a secured authentication process.

  • Cheque Issuance
  • Credit/Debit Card Transaction
  • GIRO Application
  • New Account Opening (Includes Credit/Debit Card Applications)
Note: It is important to ensure that your signature is updated in order to proceed with various signature verification to authenticate our customers and to safeguard your transactions.
