“Instalment Programme Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions:

1. “Instalment Programme Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) is only applicable to the customers of DBS Credit Card and/or Co-branded Cards (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Customer”). Eligible Customer cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
2. The Lucky Draw runs from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligible Customers who have successfully applied for any Flexi Shopping Programme, Fee Based Instalment Programme or Card Interest-Free Installment Loan Program (“Eligible Programme”) with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period can be entitled one Lucky Draw chance automatically. Double Lucky Draw chance will be given to Eligible Customers who have successfully applied for Flexi Shopping Programme after a transaction made at Designated Merchants (“Designated Merchants”). Successfully applied for the Eligible Programme means the first Instalment is displayed on Timeline of DBS Card+ or showed in credit card statement.
4. Designated Merchants includes apple.com, Fortress, HKTVmall, Klook, Pricerite, Suning and YOHO .
5. The Lucky Draw will be held on or before 1 August 2021 and randomly drawn by the computer. Each Eligible Customer is only entitled the prize once. Eligible Customer can check the Lucky Draw result and redemption details on DBS website (https://www.dbs.com.hk/personal/credit-cards/announcement.page?pid=hk-personal-card-footer#) after 2 August 2021. The bank will notify the winners of the prize collection instructions via SMS or email within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period. The winners must follow the instructions to redeem the prizes. Details of Lucky Draw prizes (the “Prize”) are as follows:

6. Prize is only applicable to Eligible Customer whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Prize is rewarded. If the status of an Eligible Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Customer from receiving the Prize.
7. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to there being no abuse / non-compliance by the Eligible Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Prize from the Eligible Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
8. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Lucky Draw. The Bank’s decision is final.
9. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
